Neopoxy NPR-3200 Series PVC Adhesives are two-part 100% solids epoxy coatings designed to bond PVC materials to CIPP liners, concrete, rigid polymers, and a variety of other substrates. While standard PVC solvent cement is hazardous and flammable, NPR-3200 PVC Adhesives contain no solvents or VOCs, fill gaps between surfaces (no tight contact required), cure in the presence of water, and yield excellent peel and shear strengths. May be used as a thin film or as a filler adhesive for repairs of all types. May also be used as a primer for NPR-5300 Series Epoxies.
